About CCC

CCC - TeamCommand Controls Corporation was started in January 1993 by Constantine (Connie) Kosarzecki with the intended purpose of manufacturing a complete line of state of the art, high pressure (5000 P.S.I./350 bar), high performance, screw in cartridge type hydraulic control valves for the fluid power industry. In 2003, Command Controls' celebrated its 10th Anniversary, became a member of the NFPA, and gained official recognition as a woman owned and operated business.

To keep up with industry demand, we continuously add new products, concentrating our efforts on high quality, cartridge type hydraulic valves with interchangeable piece parts. From approximately 400 individual parts, we can build over 10,000 different valve combinations.

Command Controls' goal is to be the world leader in cartridge valve technology through a superior construction and innovative designs.

The Founder

Founder - Constantine KosarzeckiConstantine Kosarzecki has been in the fluid power industry since 1958, and holds an impressive resume:

1958 - 1960 N.A.S.A., Huntsville, AL
1960 - 1962 Mead Fluid Power, Chicago, IL
1962 - 1964 Parker Hannifin, Des Plaines, IL
1964 - 1969 Fluid Power Systems, Wheeling, IL
1969 - 1972 M.T.E. (Delta Power), Rockford, IL
1972 - 1986 Modular Controls Corp. (Eaton), Villa Park, IL

Connie, one of the three founders of Modular Controls and V.P. of Engineering was responsible for all engineering design, manufacturing and production. Modular Controls started growing rapidly from its inception and quickly became the leading manufacturer of cartridge valves. They introduced many new technological innovations that dramatically increased the versatility and application for cartridge valves in the industry. During this time Modular Controls worked very closely with I.H. Case, John Deere, Caterpillar, Grove, Harnischifeger, Versatile and many other major companies on all their manifolds and valve designs. By 1986 Modular Controls had grown to a $25 million company and was later acquired by Trinova (Vickers). Connie Kosarzecki stayed on with Vickers for a period of three years until December 1989. From 1989 to 1992 Connie spent the next three years designing the "Next Generation" of cartridge valves to be more reliable, handle higher flows and pressures of 5000 P.S.I. (350 bar). In January 1993 Command Controls opened it's doors with the purpose of becoming the leader in the cartridge valve industry primarily through innovative design, high quality, state-of-the-art design and manufacturing capability, a deep understanding for industrial applications and an aggressive desire to grow.
