Elgin, Illinois (July 15, 2002) -- Command Controls Corp. introduces its newest line of cartridge valves that fit into #8 size (3/4”-16 Thd.) industry common cavities. The solenoid operated, cartridge type, 2, 3 and 4-way, 2 and 3-position valves offer a flow of 5.0 GPM (19 L/M) for spool type and 10.0 GPM (38 L/M) for 2-way, poppet type at an operating pressure of 5,000 PSI (350 Bar). A unique, uni-body design and oversized seating allow high-torque tightening during installation, eliminating the need for additional locking mechanisms or lock wires. The completely encapsulated solenoid coils are designed for continuous duty, are 100% waterproof, and are available in a variety of voltages and connectors.
